Kathmandu, April 27: Agitating students unions locked up the offices of the Private and Boarding Schools’ Organization Nepal (PABSON) and Nepal PABSON(N-PABSON)’s offices in charge of supporting excessive school fees form the parents.
Nepal Students Union, ANNFSU, ANNFSU-Revolutionary among others have been complaining against the fee hike in defilement of the normal fees determined by the government since Tuesday.
The agitating unions have demanded that the private schools to cancel the existing fee structures. PABSON having offices across 73 districts and N-PABSON in 40 are responsible to regulate the private schools across the country. PABSON Secretary-General Rajendra Baniya urged the government for its positive involvement for the recommencement of the padlocked organizations.
